Job summary

PharmaEssentia USA seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison to shape commercial strategy through meaningful engagement with KOLs in hematology-oncology. You will be the strategic interface for KOLs, building partnerships to support BESREMi adoption and inform brand planning.

The role requires strong scientific and business acumen, 8–12+ years in pharma, and travel 50–70%. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and

Qualifications

8–12+ years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience.
Deep experience in Hematology-Oncology required.
Experience leading congress strategy, speaker development, advisory board strategy and insight generation is strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel 50-70% and live near a major airport.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional planning for strategic KOL engagement.
Develop regional thought leader engagement strategies aligned with commercial priorities.
Build trusted, long-term partnerships with established and emerging KOLs.
Translate field insights into actionable recommendations for brand strategy and lifecycle planning.
Lead speaker development, advisory boards, and insight generation.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access to optimize engagement.
