Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum four years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
• Strong organizational skills and travel ability to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs with cross-functional teams and lead strategic programs.
• Develop and manage KOL programming, disease state and product content.
• Coordinate speaker contracting, training, and compliance activities.
• Plan regional and national advisory boards and field programs.
• Collaborate with nursing organizations to support education.
• Provide timely feedback to brand teams and leadership.
