Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent is required.
• Advanced health science degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of combined Hematology, Rare Disease, or related industry experience; Marketing or clinical experience in the same area is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years in clinical liaison, thought leader management, key account management or clinical sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-standing relationships with national and regional KOLs.
• Develop engagement/communication plans for each KOL and validate commercial target lists.
• Monitor KOL insights on treatment patterns and provide feedback to business plans.
• Coordinate regional/national congresses to support marketing initiatives and KOL engagement.
• Recruit KOLs for advisory boards, sales training, and program development.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine positioning and messaging for treatments.
