PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Director, Thought Leader Engagement to lead the KOL liaison team and manage relationships with key Hematology/Oncology experts in the U.S. You will shape brand strategy, gather insights, and build tools to support implementation while coordinating with Sales and Marketing.

The role requires strong scientific and business acumen, with 10+ years in pharma marketing or sales, and travel up to 70% as needed. Base salary reflects expertise and location.

Formación

• BS/BA in Marketing, Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical sales/marketing.
• Hematology/Oncology experience required; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• KOL identification and recruitment strategy development.
• Build and manage authentic KOL relationships with regular engagement.
• Lead commercial insight gathering from opinion leaders and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Marketing on brand planning and P2P material.
• Track KPIs and manage the Thought Leader Engagement budget.
