Job summary

PharmaEssentia is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) to identify and engage key opinion leaders in Hematology/Oncology, deploying strategic collaborations and campaigns. You will research potential KOLs, develop engagement plans, and negotiate partnerships while coordinating with Sales and Marketing teams.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma sales or marketing, strong scientific acumen, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel 50–70% with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and relationship-building abilities with KOLs.
• Ability to analyze campaigns and market trends to guide actions.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit KOLs and key opinion leaders within Hematology/Oncology.
• Build and manage relationships with KOLs and collaborate with Sales and Marketing.
• Lead insight gathering through advisory boards, panels, and one-on-one engagements.
• Track KPIs like reach, engagement, and brand mentions; adjust campaigns as needed.
• Support and manage advisory boards and create targeted messaging for P2P campaigns.
• Lead KOL engagement at major congresses and events.
