Pfizer is seeking a Senior US Commercial Marketing leader for Hematology/Oncology with a focus on P2P and field engagement. The role requires partnering with Medical, Sales, and Global teams to shape messaging, resources, and promotional plans across indications.

The position is hybrid in the United States, with travel required to key congresses and programs. You will drive strategic programs, manage external agencies, and lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate patient access and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or US commercial experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to flex and prioritize based on business needs.
• Experience with management of external agencies, project budgets, and timelines.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• High learning agility and ability to work in a matrix team.
• Willingness to travel at least 1 per month to represent brand at key congresses and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and execution of all P2P content, including speaker programs and third‑party educational initiatives.
• Lead development of core P2P materials ensuring message consistency across indications.
• Lead and integrate P2P strategies into promotional plans that drive brand performance.
• Own evolution of ELREXFIO’s KOL and P2P strategy, partnering with HCP and Launch Leads to turn insights into messaging and content.
• Lead Speaker Programs, including coordination with Sales, budget management, and vendor coordination.
• Lead regional HCP engagement strategy and Congress strategy with related asset development.
