Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 4+ years of biotech/pharma sales and account management experience.
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology and/or rare diseases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proficiency in disease states, patient and clinic experience, market landscape, and product knowledge.
• Drive revenue by achieving sales/marketing objectives.
• Serve as primary commercial interface with key accounts and ensure overall customer experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Establish and execute business plans for key accounts in alignment with franchise strategy.
