Job summary

Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Specialty Account Representative for the hematology/oncology market. This field-based role requires you to operate from a home office near a major airport and to travel up to 30% as needed.

You will manage complex accounts, develop strategic relationships with thought leaders, and drive territory sales objectives across community oncology and IDNs, leveraging buy-and-bill knowledge and our product portfolio.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of current pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of specialty pharmaceutical experience.
• Buy-and-bill AND HEM/ONC experience preferred.
• Proven sales success in Hematology/Oncology and hospital accounts.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales objectives.
• Develop strategic account relationships to influence thought leaders.
• Manage accounts across community oncology and IDNs/health systems.
• Apply Pharmacosmos selling process across products and brands.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Market Access, Strategy and Medical Affairs.
