Job summary

Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc. seeks a Specialty Account Representative to call on hematology/oncology accounts from a home office, targeting KC Metro, Wichita, and Springfield in MO, with travel up to 30%. The role emphasizes complex account management, strategic relationships, and deep product knowledge across care settings.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in pharma sales, 3+ years in specialty sales, and experience with buy-and-bill. A BS/BA is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of current pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of specialty pharmaceutical experience.
• Buy-and-bill and Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.
• Proven sales success in hospital accounts or various sites of care.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales objectives.
• Develop and implement territory business plans and marketing strategies.
• Maintain and expand customer base across key stakeholders.
• Apply Pharmacosmos selling process across products and brands.
