Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to join our Information Technology team in the Kansas City area. You will be the first point of contact for employees, resolving technical issues and guiding users to productive solutions for hardware, software, and connectivity challenges.

This hands-on, people-centered role supports field and office teams on a daily basis, with standard business hours (in office, M-F) and occasional after-hours on-call rotating to keep

Qualifications

Familiarity with Windows OS, Office applications, and basic networking concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot desktop hardware and software issues.
Experience with mobile devices and tablets is a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond to user requests locally and remotely using diagnostic techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Configure and maintain workstation PCs and peripheral devices.
Assist with mobile device management and onboarding of new users.
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system; follow up to ensure user satisfaction.
