Job summary

Kelly Services in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Help Desk Support Technician for a full-time, on-site role supporting employees across multiple locations. You will deliver Tier 1 technical support in a Microsoft environment, handling Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, desktop hardware, peripherals, and proprietary apps.

The organization is modernizing IT operations, expanding in-house infrastructure, and seeking candidates with a few years of IT support to grow into Systems Administration

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Help Desk or IT Support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
• Active Directory user administration and password resets.
• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 70% Windows Desktop & Microsoft 365 Support.
• 20% Active Directory & User Administration.
• 10% Hardware Deployment & IT Projects.
