Job summary

S2Technologies, LLC is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide end-user, system, and network support at Schriever SFB, CO. The role involves hands-on and remote work, incident ticketing, and ensuring proper operation of Windows PCs, software, printers, and VOIP devices.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Helpdesk Support Experience.
• Basic understanding of networking, OSI model concepts, Windows OS and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with two or more of the following: desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP/phones, printers, scanners, MFDs/MFPs, TACLANES, VDI peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user, system, and network support, including hands-on and remote work.
• Document all customer contact via the ticketing system and resolve incidents.
• Monitor network capabilities and create trouble tickets for observed issues.
• Adhere to SOPs and site policies; work in a fast-paced environment.
