MCSG Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to field end-user IT troubles, install and troubleshoot Windows PCs, printers, and software, and maintain system uptime. You will support Tier I–III issues, manage user accounts on classified networks, and coordinate with base agencies to restore service.

Role requires 6 years in IT support, High School Diploma, and Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in IT technical support and computer maintenance.
• IAT Level 2 Certification.
• Security clearance: Top Secret/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Field, triage and close IT trouble tickets for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows PCs and software for end users.
• Provide first-line support and coordinate with third-party vendors and base agencies.
• Create, delete, and manage user accounts on classified networks; track issues.
• Plan technical refreshes and assist with network connectivity and troubleshooting.
