Rigil Corporation is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide essential IT support in Georgia. You will assist end users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution of data communication problems, including VPN and Secure ID Token support for remote workers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, and a Secret clearance. Candidates must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be prepared to obtain required cybersecurity credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Cyber Security Workforce security and operating system certification or government-approved equivalent required at the time of hire.
• Experience using Windows Deployment Services for client imaging.
• Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, real-time assistance in response to end-user questions and trouble reports.
• Provide technical assistance to users in areas such as software customization, data communication issues, and IT equipment relocation.
• Provide desk-side support when issues cannot be resolved over the phone.
• Troubleshoot and support VPN and Secure ID Token for remote users and telework personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
