Qualifications

• Four (4) years of progressive IT support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Experience using an enterprise ticketing/ITSM system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow security/background investigations requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate-level technical support for hardware, software, and workstation issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems per procedures and SLAs.
• Prioritize incidents by severity and impact, escalating as needed.
• Maintain thorough incident documentation and knowledge base entries.
• Communicate status and next steps clearly to customers.
