Job summary

Continental Resources, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Tech to provide first-level support for end users and manage routine hardware/software tasks. You will troubleshoot issues, perform password resets, install software, and escalate complex problems as needed.

Working under supervision, you will log incidents, assist in on-call rotations, and stay current with technology through training and certifications, ensuring reliable operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Basic hardware and software knowledge including MS Office and Windows OS.
• Willing to rotate on-call schedule.
• Pre-employment background and drug test acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve help desk requests for software and hardware quickly.
• Log all calls in work tracking software with details.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and track resolution.
• Provide on-site or classroom training as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with timely updates.
• Stay current with hardware/software through training.
• Provide off-hours and weekend support on rotation.
• Identify trends in recurring problems.
