Job summary

Mission Federal Credit Union in San Diego is seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician II to provide onsite technology support for laptops, desktops, printers, and software tools such as Microsoft 365. You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage tickets, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure rapid, reliable service for employees.

The role requires a minimum of three years of hands-on PC/OS support, basic AD administration, and networking familiarity.

Qualifications

Associates degree or certification equivalent is required or substitution allowed with experience.
Minimum of three years support experience and hands-on PC/OS troubleshooting required.
Networking, basic AD administration and end-user support experience preferred.
