The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree, 3+ years of related experience, Windows OS expertise, and a U.S. Secret clearance plus DoD 8140/IAT II familiarity.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree minimum.
• Experience: 3+ years in related role.
• Technical: Computing Environment and OS for server/desktop software; information assurance concepts.
• Security: U.S. Secret clearance required.
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizen.
• OS Certification: Windows 11 OS, etc.
• IAT II or DoD 8140 equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interact with AMC/HQ program managers to determine requirements.
• Provide research, design, and modifications for enterprise systems and apps.
• Provide end user support for eTools and Logistics Information System servers.
• Install, configure, and manage software on government devices; ensure security compliance.
• Track trouble tickets; document resolutions and recommendations.
• Plan, operate, and maintain backup systems for Logistics servers.
