Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is assisting a client in Beaver Dam, WI, seeking a Help Desk Representative to join the IT team on a permanent basis. The role supports 200+ end users across the office and remote locations, handling provisioning and ongoing desk-side support.

The candidate will manage Microsoft 365 accounts, deploy workstations, and liaise with the MSP for incident resolution. Strong foundational networking and security awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in level 1–2 IT support tasks.
• Provision devices and manage end-user access.
• Familiarity with MS 365 licensing and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal face of IT for 200+ end users.
• Own new hire and termination provisioning, including Microsoft 365 setup.
• Order, configure, and deploy workstations and peripherals.
• Manage MSP relationship for infrastructure and escalated support.
• Administer Microsoft 365 licensing and identity management.
• Suggest security improvements and cost optimization.
• Evaluate moving MSP tasks in-house to improve responsiveness.
