Job summary

Drake & Associates in Wisconsin is hiring an IT Helpdesk & Network Support Specialist to support 60 employees across Waukesha and Mequon. You will be the primary contact for onboarding, hardware/software troubleshooting, and macOS endpoint management.

The role focuses on LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN, Google Workspace, GCP, Salesforce, and a Microsoft‑free environment. The ideal candidate has strong networking fundamentals and MFA identity management, with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong Google Workspace Administration (SSO/MFA) and Apple Business Manager (MDM).
• Solid TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for staff at Waukesha and Mequon via ticketing, Slack, or in person.
• Provision and manage Apple hardware using Apple Business Manager and MDM.
• Administer user accounts, security groups, and MFA within Google Workspace.
• Troubleshoot productivity tools, Google Calendar syncs, and Salesforce/BambooHR/ActiveCampaign.
• Maintain hardware/software asset inventories and assist onboarding/offboarding in BambooHR.
• Configure LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network equipment.
