Training Shift

8am-4:30pm

Post-Training Shift Schedule

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM – The schedule may vary for evening and weekend shifts.

*Weekend rotations occur every 7-9 weeks, totaling 40 hours per week.*

• Weekend shift: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
• Evening shift (Tuesday – Friday): 12 PM – 8:30 PM

Must Haves

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience in Information Technology and help desk support

Plusses

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Experience supporting desktop, network, and server equipment, including patch management and package deployment

We are looking for a Senior Service Center Representative to work with client employees and international users, exercising judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are essential. This position is Hybrid.
