Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Military technical school or specialized training desired; certification of education level required.
• Valid up-to-date A&P license (optional).
• Three years aviation maintenance experience, two years rotary wing experience, and two years on the assigned MDS within the last six years.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must provide own tools/toolbox and be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace aircraft structural components per drawings, blueprints, directives and manuals.
• Fabricate, modify and install structural parts using metal forming techniques.
• Perform inspections and final checks on assemblies and components.
• Apply primers, paints and corrosion control treatments.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance work and use of tools.
