Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic III (UH-60) to perform complex maintenance on rotorcraft at Fort Bliss. You will troubleshoot and repair aircraft structures, engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, using precision tools and military standards. A&P license or equivalent experience with multi-year aviation maintenance is required.

Travel and security clearance may be part of duties. Responsibilities include inspections, documentation in CAMS logs, and ensuring all work meets safety

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, interpret and comprehend schematics, drawings and technical publications.
Valid A&P license with required years of aviation maintenance experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance on UH-60 aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
Inspect, repair and modify aircraft structures, components, engines and systems.
Annotate maintenance actions in aircraft records and CAMS entries.
Operate ground support equipment and maintain aircraft appearance and cleanliness.
