Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of program analysis, project tracking, or defense acquisition experience.
• Familiarity with NAVAIR PMA environments and milestone reviews.
• Proficiency with MS Project and advanced Excel; strong data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative and qualitative analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives and schedules.
• Analyze requirements, status updates, budgets, and schedules to identify risks and variances.
• Support decision-making with trade studies and operational alternatives across the lifecycle.
• Collect and interpret complex data relating to aircraft programs and acquisitions.
• Adhere to government processes for documentation control and configuration management.
