Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) Inc. seeks a Journeyman Program/Project/Management Analyst to support the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Patuxent River.

In a mid-level role, you will apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate objectives, track schedules, and monitor budgets, coordinating data and government change-control practices. You will work with acquisition datasets, ensure documentation standards, and help support decision-making with quantitative and qualitative

Qualifications

• Must possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance or be able to obtain one.
• BA or BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of direct experience in program analysis, project tracking, or defense acquisition management.
• Familiarity with NAVAIR program office environments and milestone review processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project) and advanced Excel; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, milestones, and schedules.
• Analyze budget execution data and project schedules to identify risks.
• Perform analyses to support decision-making, trade-off studies, and alternatives.
• Collect and interpret complex data relating to aircraft and weapons programs.
• Apply government processes for documentation control and change management.
