Job summary

ACET, Inc. seeks a Journeyman Program / Project / Management Analyst to join the NAS Patuxent River team supporting the F/A-18 variants program.

In this mid-level role, you will apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate objectives, track integrated master schedules, and monitor budget execution. You will organize acquisition data and ensure documentation and change control align with established government processes, collaborating with DoD stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of program analysis or acquisition management experience.
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative and qualitative analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, tracking milestones, critical path schedules, and project statuses.
• Analyze conflicting program requirements, updates, budget execution data, and schedules to identify performance risks.
• Perform management, technical, or business case analyses to support decision-making, trade-off studies, and operational alternatives.
• Collect, organize, and interpret complex data streams relating to aircraft, weapons systems, and product acquisition programs.
• Apply government processes for documentation control, configuration change management, and secure data lifecycle procedures.
