Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET, Inc.) seeks a motivated Junior Program / Project / Management Analyst to join our team supporting the H-53 variants program at NAS Patuxent River.

You will apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, track deliverables, and collaborate with mid‑level and senior analysts to interpret data across schedules, budgets, and technical requirements to ensure successful heavy‑lift aircraft acquisition and sustainment programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited institution.
• 0–3 years of experience in program analysis, project tracking, data management, or business operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• DoD acquisition knowledge or exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and interpret data relating to heavy-lift aircraft, weapons, and acquisition programs to support baseline project reporting.
• Monitor and track daily program status, project milestones, and integrated master schedules to identify potential timeline shifts.
• Assist in analyzing program requirements, status updates, budgets, and schedules to ensure project objectives remain closely aligned.
• Perform basic management, technical, or business case analyses under the guidance of senior team members.
• Learn and apply government-instituted processes for official documentation control and data management.
