Qualifications

• Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance required or ability to obtain
• BA or BS from an accredited institution
• 3–10 years of direct experience in program analysis, project tracking, or defense acquisition management
• Familiarity with NAVAIR program offices and defense acquisition processes
• Proficiency with MS Project and advanced Excel; strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative and qualitative analytic techniques to evaluate heavy-lift program objectives, tracking milestones, critical path schedules, and project statuses.
• Analyze conflicting program requirements, updates, budget execution data, and schedules to identify risks and variances.
• Perform management, technical, or business analyses to support decision-making and trade-off studies across the aircraft lifecycle.
• Collect and interpret complex data relating to aircraft, heavy-lift systems, and acquisition programs.
• Follow government documentation control, configuration change management, and secure data lifecycle procedures.
