Qualifications

• Requires DoD Secret Security Clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 0–3 years of experience in program analysis, project tracking, data management, or business operations.
• Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data organization.
• Willingness to learn DoD acquisition structures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and interpret data related to heavy-lift aircraft and acquisition programs to support baseline reporting.
• Monitor and track daily program status, milestones, and schedules to identify timeline shifts.
• Assist in analyzing program requirements, status updates, budgets, and schedules to keep objectives aligned.
• Perform basic analyses under supervision to evaluate operational alternatives.
• Learn government processes for documentation control and data management.
