Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks a Junior Program / Project / Management Analyst to support the H-53 variants program at NAS Patuxent River. You will apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate objectives and track deliverables, working with mid-level and senior analysts on data spanning schedules, budgets, and requirements.

The role requires a BA/BS, 0–3 years of experience, DoD Secret Clearance eligibility, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 0–3 years of experience in program analysis or project tracking.
• DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for data organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and interpret data related to heavy-lift aircraft and acquisition programs for baseline reporting.
• Monitor daily program status, milestones, and schedules to identify timeline shifts.
• Analyze program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Perform basic analyses under guidance to evaluate operational alternatives.
• Learn and apply government processes for documentation and data management.
