Job summary

ACET, Incorporated is seeking Senior Program / Project / Management Analysts (Key Personnel) to support the H-53 program at NAS Patuxent River. You will advise at the executive level, analyze multi-million dollar budgets, and translate data into compelling narratives for defense stakeholders.

You will lead risk assessments, develop strategic communications plans, and guide acquisition strategies while ensuring compliant data management and milestone tracking.

Qualifications

• MA or MS from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management.
• DoD Secret clearance required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate high-level program objectives.
• Gather, synthesize, and interpret program information to build executive briefs and communications.
• Cross-reference requirements, execution statuses, budgets, and schedules for risk assessments.
• Lead complex analyses to support decisions, trade studies, and acquisition strategies.
• Enforce government processes for configuration management and technical data lifecycles.
• Architect tracking frameworks for program milestones and metrics.
