Job summary

ACET, Incorporated, located near NAS Patuxent River, seeks a Journeyman Program / Project / Management Analyst to support the H-53 variants program and apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate objectives, schedules, and budgets.

You will organize complex acquisition data, ensure documentation and configuration management align with government processes, and contribute to decision-making and lifecycle support for aircraft programs.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of direct experience in program analysis, project tracking, or defense acquisition management.
• familiarity with NAVAIR program office environments, defense acquisition pathways, and milestone reviews.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project) and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate heavy-lift program objectives, milestones, schedules, and statuses.
• Analyze program data to identify performance risks and schedule variance.
• Conduct management, technical, or business case analyses to support decision-making and trade studies.
• Collect and interpret complex data streams related to aircraft and acquisition programs.
• Follow government processes for documentation control and configuration management.
