Qualifications

• High school diploma or current enrollment in school.
• Interest in repairing heavy equipment, machinery, or mechanical fields.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical systems.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics and repairs of heavy equipment.
• Learn to interpret schematics, manuals, and inspection reports.
• Order parts and complete service documents.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and tools.
• Attend trainings and safety sessions.
• Support safe work practices and company policies.
• Participate in on-site duties as assigned.
