Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or currently enrolled
• Interest in repairing heavy equipment and mechanical fields
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid drivere2s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics and repairs of heavy equipment
• Learn to interpret schematics, service manuals, and inspection reports
• Help order parts and complete service documents
• Maintain organized workspace and tools
• Attend training sessions and safety meetings
• Support on-site activities and participate in team projects
