Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled as a student.
• Interest in repairing heavy equipment or related mechanical fields.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and learn from experienced technicians in diagnostics and repair of heavy equipment.
• Interpret schematics, service manuals, and inspection reports.
• Order parts and complete service documents under supervision.
• Maintain neat, organized work area and tools.
• Attend training sessions and safety meetings.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance.
