Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment in school.
• Interest in repairing heavy equipment or related mechanical fields.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver''s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with diagnostics in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Learn to interpret schematics, service manuals, and inspection reports.
• Learn to order parts, complete service documents, and perform repairs.
• Attend trainings, toolbox talks and team meetings.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure consistent on-site attendance.
