Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, seeks a Customer Service Advisor in Fremont, CA to sell heavy equipment parts and service and to build lasting customer relationships. You will work as the liaison between Parts and Service, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, developing, and executing sales action plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Pape’s Parts and Service Departments and customers to ensure continuity.
