Responsibilities

• Close work orders and invoice accurately.
• Monitor work-in-progress and aging orders.
• Keep customers informed on status and changes.
• Quote custom jobs for sold new equipment.
• Support Rental by repairing equipment.
• Follow credit and cash policies.
• Mentor apprentices and support journeymen.
• Uphold safety standards and policies.
• Assist management in achieving departmental goals.
• Provide stellar customer service.
• Lead with strong leadership.
