Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an Operator – Heavy Equipment to safely operate heavy machinery at a recycling center, landfill, or transfer station. The role emphasizes safe handling of waste, equipment inspection, and efficient workload management.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is safe and clean.
• Safely operate equipment such as forklift, excavator, bulldozer, and loaders.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable materials and ensure operational readiness.
• Perform minor servicing and report repairs to Maintenance Shop as needed.
• Complete Equipment Condition Reports and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow all safety policies and keep shop clean and organized after shifts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
