Job summary

CRH APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking entry-level construction laborers to support paving and site work. You will help with shoveling, raking, material handling, signaling equipment, and other duties on job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous related experience in construction is preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist construction/paving crew with shoveling, raking, and material handling.
• Signal operators of construction equipment to guide movement of materials.
• Follow manager directions and daily task expectations for each project.
• May operate small power tools and perform site maintenance as required.
• Lift, carry and place materials; assist with traffic control devices.
