Job summary

CRH is hiring for a construction support role in Mississippi. The position focuses on maintaining a safe work environment while assisting the crew with hand/commercial duties and material handling. You will follow OSHA/MSHA procedures and wear PPE, with potential travel and flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Pass a pre-employment “Fit for Work” physical.
Provide valid I-9 documentation.
Professional and courteous attitude toward coworkers and public.
Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends when required.
Ability to work overtime and outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

Support construction/paving crew with shoveling, raking, and material handling.
Signal equipment operators to align and move materials.
Follow supervisor daily tasks and site directions.
Assist with setting up and dismantling traffic control devices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
