Job summary

Vermeer All Roads - Avon is hiring a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic to join our Service department. This role offers diagnostics and repairs on Vermeer machinery, with both shop and field work, providing variety and opportunities for growth.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ($27–$35), a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, production bonuses, and a full-time schedule with no nights or weekends. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and paid holidays.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay: $27–$35 (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
