All Roads in Roanoke is seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician Mechanic to diagnose, service and repair Vermeer and related construction equipment. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic and electrical diagnostic capability, plus experience on heavy equipment or trucks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service, repair & recondition Vermeer equipment.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions including hydraulic & electrical experience.
• Welding as needed.
• Recognize and recommend appropriate repairs to the Service Manager.
• Create accurate repair estimates, CDK experience a plus.
• Communicate with OEM/factory for technical assistance.
• Other duties as assigned

Heavy Equipment Technician Mechanic

Location: Vermeer All Roads - Roanoke

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 / hour

Are you a self-starter who enjoys working with diesel engines and problem solving? We are excited to bring on a new addition as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic.

This role will diagnose, service, and repair Vermeer and related construction equipment. If you’re mechanically inclined, hands-on, and ready to build a career with a supportive team, we want to hear from you today!

Compensation & Schedule

• $25-$32 per hour (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Sign on bonus up to $5000 for qualified candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair & recondition Vermeer equipment
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions including hydraulic & electrical experience
• Welding as needed
• Recognize and recommend appropriate repairs to the Service Manager
