Are you an experienced, certified and detail-oriented A level technician? If you are ready for a new challenge, Vermeer All Roads is hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic to join our expanding team. This role offers the chance to work both in the shop and on the road, performing diagnostics and repairs on Vermeer machinery. Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay: $27–$35 (based on experience)
• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
• Production bonuses available
• Full-time schedule with flexibility – no nights or weekends

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Manager
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions (hydraulics and electrical systems)
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates
• Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
• Stay current with industry and technical advancements
• Communicate with the factory for technical support
• Perform additional duties as assigned
