FirstLine Road Solutions is seeking a Heavy Duty Towing Operator to join our growing team in Twin Falls, Idaho. This role demands active work, quick decision-making, and excellent customer service across roadside emergencies.

Ideal candidates live near the assigned area, can pass a DOT medical exam, hold a Class A CDL with a clean record, and are willing to undergo drug testing and a background check. You will work with dispatch to ensure timely, safe service.

Competenze

• Reside near assigned area to meet customer service time requirements
• Ability to pass DOT medical exam
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willing to take a drug test and background check
• Confident driving in inclement weather

Mansioni

• Respond to calls dispatched to you in a safe, timely manner and provide roadside assistance
• Communicate with dispatch in a professional, informative manner to document status and ETA
• Perform damage-free towing for heavy-duty vehicles (e.g., 18-wheelers, garbage trucks, dump trucks, cement trucks)
• Perform minor roadside repairs (excluding highways) and scene clean-up as needed
• Daily inspect the truck and tools, keep them organized, and note fuel levels
• Maintain a clean storage yard and secure the area when leaving
• Adhere to safety rules and defensive driving practices, minimize backing and left turns
• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor
