Job summary

FirstLine Road Solutions is seeking a Heavy Duty Towing Operator to join our active team in Boise, ID. This is not a desk job; you will respond to incidents, provide roadside assistance, and support communities as a First Responder.

You will tow heavy duty equipment including 18-wheelers, garbage trucks, and cement trucks, while maintaining safety, documentation, and professional communication with dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls in a safe, timely manner and provide roadside assistance.
• Communicate with dispatch with status updates and ETA when requested.
• Perform damage-free towing and minor roadside repairs as needed.
• Tow heavy-duty vehicles including 18-wheelers, garbage trucks, dump trucks, and cement trucks.
• Conduct daily truck inspections and maintain a clean, organized yard; report damaged tools/equipment.
• Assist with accident towing and scene cleanup; comply with safety and DOT requirements.
