FirstLine Road Solutions in Utah seeks a Heavy Duty Towing Operator for the Orem to St.George area. This role is active, requires quick decision making under pressure, and a strong interest in automobile knowledge and customer service.

You will respond to dispatch calls, perform safe towing and roadside repairs, maintain the truck, comply with DOT requirements, and work with a team to keep roads safe. A CDL A is required and you must pass background checks.

Formación

• Requires CDL Class A and a clean driving record.
• DOT physical and medical exam clearance required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with heavy duty towing or hauling equipment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to calls in a safe, timely manner with professional roadside assistance.
• Communicate with dispatch with status and ETA.
• Perform emergency road service duties including heavy duty towing and minor repairs.
• Daily truck inspections and pre-shift checks; maintain clean, safe equipment.
• Ensure safe driving and adherence to traffic laws; follow company safety rules.
