Job summary

Continental's BestDrive team is hiring a Tire Service Technician to mount, dismount, balance, and repair commercial tires for off-the-road equipment. The role supports a sign-on bonus program based on technician level and requires safe, precise tire service.

Responsibilities include tire mounting, load handling, wheel service, and on-call emergency support. Safety compliance and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires and tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires on and off trucks.
• Repair tires and inspect tires and wheels before/after service.
• Determine repairable tire conditions and execute repairs.
• Review work orders with supervisors and document work performed.
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools.
• Perform emergency road service on nights/weekends on a rotating basis.
