Job summary

BestDrive, a Continental subsidiary, is seeking a Tire Service Technician to dismount, mount, balance, and repair tires for commercial and off-road equipment. A sign-on bonus program applies based on technician level.

Work hours typically 7-5, with possible nights/weekends. OSHA safety rules apply, and the role includes regular vehicle maintenance and opportunities for growth within a global industry leader.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
• Clear and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires & tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires on and off trucks.
• Repair Tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels before and after service per procedures.
• Determine repairable tire conditions and perform repairs.
• Review work orders with supervisors.
