Job summary

Continental is hiring a Tire Service Technician for BestDrive locations in the United States. The role involves mounting, dismounting, balancing and repairing commercial vehicle tires, plus service and labor on off-the-road equipment.

A sign-on bonus is offered at levels I–IV and paid after 30, 90, and 180 days contingent on eligibility. Typical work hours are Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday or evening shifts and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Customer service orientation with ability to work on a team.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires & tire/wheel assemblies and related service.
• Perform tire repairs and load/unload tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels before/after service per procedures.
• Review work orders and discuss tasks with supervisors.
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools.
• Provide emergency road service on nights/weekends.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements.
